Der Silbersee III
Zwischen Dülmen und Sythen liegen die Baggerseen der Quarzwerke. Vor allem der Silbersee III bietet einige schöne Motive. Im Sommer lohnt es sich, den Weg um den See zu verlassen und den umliegenden Wald zu erkunden. Hier finden sich neben einer alten, verfallenen Steinhütte auch alte, längst von Sträuchern überwucherte Bahngleise. Im Winter bilden sich auf den Steinen und an den Ufern interessante Eisgebilde.
Aber Achtung! Schwimmen ist hier verboten.
